About the role:
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team with countless opportunities to dive deep into projects impacting our core businesses, look no further! As Strategy & Planning Manager, your role is a sweet spot between strategy and finance. You’ll take the wheel to drive Gojek’s Transport business across Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam. You will be in the forefront of helping to drive overall direction and narrative for transport, including any strategic financial decisions impacting our operations. This will include providing key insights to the leadership team and propose solutions to drive efficiency and optimal capital allocation. This will also require you to work closely with our strategy team, the finance team, product managers, marketing team, research and business intelligence teams. In this process you will get to discover the fundamental drivers of our business and identify opportunities to grow our business into a world class transportation ecosystem. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to impact the business profitability and improvement in Gojek’s customer experiences across all countries we are present in.

Transport Strategy & Planning is a family of 20+ people based across our operating countries. We oversee all things transport (GoCar, GoRide) at Gojek and work to create delightful customer experience and growth for our company.
