About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead our Consumer Incentives, product team. You, along with the PMs in your team, will be responsible for helping Gojek build a highly reliable and extensible consumer incentives platform to enable engagement through paid incentives, such as vouchers, promotions, and paid subscriptions.
In addition to the end-user experience and discoverability of these incentives, this team is also responsible for technologies and internal platforms that enable other teams in Gojek to efficiently deploy their incentive campaigns. The role requires you to leverage technology to reduce friction from the daily lives of our customers while helping our internal teams solve important business objectives like customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization with high ROI. You will work with product and business stakeholders across all of Gojek's business lines, including but not limited to GoClub (loyalty program), Transport, Food, Groceries, and Logistics.
You will be responsible for several product streams with the support of 2-3 PMs reporting to you, so you will need to ensure their predictability, quality, and throughput. We also expect you to roll up your sleeves and execute if the occasion calls for it. You must have exceptional communication skills — not only to align your multiple stakeholders but to crisply articulate your vision and strategy to your team.
To succeed in this role, you must always connect the dots across organizational lines. However, it is equally important to balance this collaborative spirit with a strong bias for action, ruthless focus, and the ability to firmly say no.
Product Management at Gojek will bring you closer to our customers and businesses in Indonesia across transport, payments, logistics, food, and many other industries.
