About the Role
Litmus is Gojek's very own experimentation platform. As our Senior Data Scientist, you will be an instrumental cog in the Data Engineering wheel of Gojek, specifically focusing your efforts on utilizing Litmus. You will get to be the thought leader and educator on experimentation methodologies, and a thought partner to product and engineering teams in automating these processes. The folks over at the Data Science Platform team will also be your companions on this ride, as they help bring your models to production. As a gatekeeper to statistically sound experimentation at Gojek, you and your efforts will spur on targeted, on-demand innovation for our SuperApp, enhance our Driver App product experience, and help guide Gojek's business endeavors moving forward.
About the Team
This role will be a part of our Data Engineering team, consisting of 20+ Backend, Front-end & Full stack Engineers. More specifically, we are a squad of data scientists, engineers, and product managers with diverse academic, professional and personal backgrounds. We are all united by our shared passion to enrich experimentation culture at Gojek through sound methods and ease of use processes. We are continuously learning and adapting to the ever-changing experimentation landscape. Before COVID-19, our team enjoyed doing various group activities (especially discussing tech-related innovations... guess we can't keep away 🤓), but have taken all of our catch ups and hang outs online during this period.
