About the Role
Fasten your helmet and and climb on board if you’re ready to be our next Risk Awareness Manager. In this role, you will be an integral player in the Risk Policy & Strategy team based in Indonesia. You will be handed the baton in designing and executing sustainable, innovative, and strategic risk-related campaigns in efforts to increase risk awareness amongst our internal employees (called GoTroops). Actively analyzing, documenting, and monitoring the results of these campaigns, your work will directly influence the level of risk awareness and mitigation within the company, and ensure strong risk governance in all of our practices.
About the Team
Our Risk Awareness team, a subsidiary of the Continuous Improvement & Awareness Department, currently consists of 2 people based in Jakarta. Working alongside the Security Operations team, we are in charge of overseeing Gojek's corporate risk and control processes, including enhancing risk awareness amongst our GoTroops. For instance, should you have a question about various risk governance practices, we are your people! Currently, our team has been busy working on risk awareness projects and campaigns within the company, which will help bolster Gojek's risk governance.
We are a tight-knit group made up of passionate foodies and gym buffs. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
