About the Role

As our Regional Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be handed the reins in hacking consumer growth for one of Gojek's main regions in Indonesia. You will oversee marketing both offline (visibility and partnership) and online (digital and persona campaigns), combining deep consumer understanding, data analytics, and project management. Working closely with Regional CE Head and Business Analyst, you will get to drive the innovation process in removing daily frictions for our consumers’ lives. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to deliver real social impact to our consumers, merchant partners, and driver partners through the products and services we provide.
About the Team
Our Regional Consumer Engagement team, a subsidiary of the Regional Growth team, has 5 members based in East Indonesia. Working alongside the Business Analytics, Sales, and Operations Team, we oversee the process for identifying and taking action on growth opportunities, including consumer insights and digital experimentation. For instance, should you have a question about any of our loyalty programs for our users, we are your people! Currently, our team has been busy working on mapping consumers with the most potential growth opportunities, which will help Gojek create consumer programs that are more effective and efficient.
We are a tight-knit group made up of avid readers, amateur gamers, coffee connoisseurs, and (guilty🙈) reality show watchers. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
Gojek is a Super App. It is one app for ordering food, commuting, digital payments, shopping, hyper-local delivery, and a dozen other products. We are Indonesia’s first decacorn. We are also the only Southeast Asian startup to be part of Fortune's list of 'Companies That Changed The World.'

Gojek contributed IDR 249 T to the Indonesian economy (equivalent to 2% of Indonesia's GDP in 2020). As of Q1 2021, the Gojek App witnessed over 190mn downloads by customers. The platform has over 2mn Driver Partners & ~900000 Merchant Partners across SEA.
