About the Role
As our Programs & Communications Associate, you will get to develop and evaluate programs that are in line with Gojek’s Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa (YABB) mission and goals. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Programs, you’ll help oversee that the implementation of these programs, processes and systems are easily scalable and well-executed. You’ll drive collaboration between all parties involved in order to prioritize, schedule, and deliver these programs. Additionally, in collaboration with the Corporate Affairs and Marketing teams, you’ll get to assist with the execution of YABB’s communications strategy, too. Your efforts will directly impact everyone in our Gojek family in attaining the critical capabilities, skills, and knowledge necessary to drive sustainable and effective business results for the company.
