About the Role
If you're looking to be an integral part of a team who works to provide effective solutions for our merchant-partners' daily operations, then you've found the right role. As our Merchant Business Operations Specialist for the Merchant Centralized Partner Platform, you'll take the wheel in tracking the overall metrics for the stream, including the impressions, adoption rates, and revenue generated. You'll also oversee the stream's partnership endeavors, assisting the Partnership team in rolling out various adoption-centric campaigns, and conducting research on potential partners that would most positively impact our merchant-partners.
About the Team
Our Merchant Centralized Partner Platform is a small family of 10 people spread out across Jakarta and Yogyakarta. We run various integrations with strategic partners and strive to add value for our merchant-partners in everything we do. It's our job to take care of partnerships and integrations within the merchant domain for our region, and work to ensure they're all running seamlessly and optimally. Most recently, our team managed to expand our scope to include running integrations for a new vertical within the company. Right now, the big question we’re trying to solve is: how can we drive the adoption rates for our partners who've already been onboarded?
While our team is based all over the region, we are a tight-knit group who are bonded by two things: our genuine desire to add value to the lives of our merchant-partners, and the vision to become the preferred partner amongst all merchants in our area. Our team enjoys what we do since we get to see the impact of our work reflected in our merchant-partners' everyday lives and business processes.
