The folks in the GTF People Operations team(s) will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will band together to enhance the company's operational excellence.
About the Team
Our People Operations team is a big family of over 50 team members stationed in Indonesia, India, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The gist of our role is to be a strategic operations partner in delivering people operational excellence to further scale GTF. Working closely with the various COE teams, it's our job to ensure we offer an exceptional employee experience for all of our GTF employees.
All that said, don’t be fooled by our hard work; we know how to play hard, too:wink:. Contrary to popular belief, our team actually enjoys each other’s company. When we aren’t busy handling employees requests , doing payroll or other HR Ops relating stuff you’ll find us ordering some delicious meals on GoFood (what can we say... we're loyal), battling it out in a game of Among Us, or trying to survive an intense workout session together.
One of the biggest obstacles our wider team has had to overcome is to standardize our way of work throughout our various regions. After many weeks of collaboration and trial and error, we figured out that the best way to tackle this issue was to establish a foundational blueprint for all of our policies and processes, but allow creative freedom for our members to cater their work based on what our GoTroops in their particular region necessitate. This way, these policies and processes would be more relevant to the local teams.
Off-hours, you’d probably find us doing quizzes and celebrating birthdays and moments. Working from home has been a strange time for a lot of us, so our team has been taking time on our calls to trade advice on the best ways to keep sane with this new work setup. We are lovers of books, celebrations, and, of course, people, because ultimately, our team celebrates the humans who keep Gojek moving forward.
