About the Role
As our Head of Strategy & Growth, you’ll take the wheel in leading all strategic projects and growth initiatives for the Commerce Enablement team. You’ll oversee a diverse and talented group of strategy specialists stationed in Jakarta. With full accountability over the planning and implementation of the go-to-market strategy, you’ll formulate and steer experimentations that will unlock growth opportunities, synthesize actionable insights, and roll out strategic initiatives to ensure the team achieves the stipulated key business goals in a timely manner. With your thorough and well-developed strategic recommendations and plans, you’ll help guide the decision making process that will drive the trajectory of the company’s business and financial endeavors.
About the Team
In Commerce Enablement team, we consistently strive to implement solutions that allow our merchant-partners in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region) to sell their products both online and offline. We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.
The Strategy & Growth team currently consists of 2 Managers and 5 Analysts & Associates based in Jakarta.
Our portfolio of products include merchant-facing solutions that enable our merchant-partners to sell their goods and services both online and offline. Southeast Asia is a highly dynamic market, where products have to react promptly to market trends and shifts, and where Strategy and Growth team needs to be flexible in experimenting and iterating fast. With that in mind, the Strategy & Growth team's challenges are very diverse ranging from very operational to very strategic questions in order to drive company growth and scalability. To tackle these challenges, we move fast and drive data-driven decision-making and planning across the organization.
We're a highly flexible team that holds each individual accountable for their own delivery of Key Results and initiatives. We operate through Zoom calls (30%), WhatsApp (25%), Asana and Slack (45%).
