What you will do
Manage sales strategies, sales performance and key account management of small to medium businesses (SMBs)Prioritise acquisition of SMBs in accordance to business objectives, to drive platform growth, revenue and quality of assortment available to usersInnovate sales packages to constantly deliver the best value to merchants, and returns for the platformIdentify and implement best practices on account management to drive growth of platform categories and existing merchants Manage efficiency and quality of the sales support and merchant operations teams to maintain service quality to merchantsTrack, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and the execution of those solutions.Collaborate with the executive and product teams to ensure product development is in line with business needsCollaborate with all stakeholders such as the product, marketing and brand teams, to further solidify our partnerships and manage the timing and delivery.Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to team members on initiatives. This includes but isn’t limited to the management of the sales support, sales, account management, brand partnership, strategy, and data monetisation teams which you will manage.
What you will need
6+ years work experience at top tier firms.3+ years of management experience.Strong understanding of numbers, sales methods and relationship management.Extremely structured & a talented manager Successful track record of working on dealsExperience in Sales, Finance, Consumer Internet, or Management consulting preferredMBA or quantitative degree preferred
