About the Role
This role can be based either in India, Jakarta or Singapore.
The Diversity and Inclusion Programs Lead (D&I) is a standalone function in the People and Culture (PAC) Team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor in assessing D&I opportunities, strategy, and team health/morale. Your leadership will help Gojek scale and amplify its D&I efforts company-wide. This requires a unique balance and knowledge of the local cultural contexts across all Gojek functions and offices in Indonesia and internationally, with a demonstrated commitment to championing D&I values.
About the Team
As a new function within Gojek, you will ultimately be responsible for driving Gojek's D&I policies, programming and related activities in order to track progress on and achieve the company's D&I Objectives. This includes accountability for the implementation and operationalization of D&I programs. to deliver on the company’s mission of building an inclusive workplace where everyone is engaged, valued and treated fairly, with respect and equal access to opportunities.
