As a District Operations Manager, you will be working closely with our drivers, both motorcycle and car driver-based service, to handle day-to-day operational activities, create the strategy related to driver service, engagement and customer satisfaction in specific districts. This position will be closely working with District Head and Regional Operations Head.
What You'll Do
Responsible for all driver operations related :a. Overall acquisition process ( from lead up to onboarding process )b. Overall engagement activities ( outreach , bi weekly meet up, loyalty & retention program, products related to it )c. Driver walk in center related operations and metrics from handling time, queueing time, quality of service, layout and facilitiesd. B2B relationship with our fleet partnerEnsure the quantity and distribution of supply is sufficient to achieve business goalsWork together with Security ops team to manage condusivity in the districtsEnsure the quality of supply is sufficient to prevent safety & security issuesProactively do any problem solving related to supply issues
What You'll Need
