About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding digital media strategy and campaigns, look no further. As our Digital Media Manager, you’ll take the wheel in managing a portfolio of products and business units within Gojek. Along with leading a high performing team of planning and Ad Ops Specialists, you’ll be in charge of digital strategy, paid media campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with internal product marketing stakeholders, you’ll be their go-to person for everything related to paid digital media, providing insightful suggestions and ensuring each campaign's day to day planning and operations run seamlessly.
About the Team
Our Digital Media team is part of the larger Gojek Marketing stream that oversees all digital marketing strategies and executions for both the local and global market. As digital marketers based in Jakarta, Indonesia, we are in charge of engaging and influencing customers at various stages of the funnel. We specialize in consulting the internal Marketing team in all things related to Digital, including planning and executing all digital acquisition activities (mobile app install), using ad platforms like SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns and affiliate marketing.
Some of our past campaigns include Cerdikiawan and the infamous Ramadan festivity campaign. Currently, our team has been busy working on crafting effective campaigns that are more focused around the inclusion of data and updated digital campaign best practices, including one about our safety and hygiene measures to ensure our users that every necessary precaution is taken to keep them safe and well.
We are a tight-knit group made up of social media fanatics, avid coffee drinkers, and amateur gamers. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
