About the Role
You will be a content writer within the Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for reviewing and aligning Job Descriptions across all locations. You will also be the point of contact for stakeholders within the team to manage any questions in relation to this project. This is a 2 months contract role.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategy to deliver concise, eye-catching, and innovative Job Descriptions across GojekBe a trusted partner to establish a consultative relationship with different Stakeholders in addressing key challengesConsistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies to ensure Gojek’s Job Descriptions are inclusive and gender neutralReview, align and audit Job Descriptions across all locations Build a sustainable framework for content creation
What You Will Need
At least 3 years of related experience as a Content WriterPrior experience in job advertising preferredA Bachelors in Communication or similarAbility to consolidate and align writing stylesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized thinker with deep attention to detail and follow throughExperience working on a project with a global team
