About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Brand Manager for GoFood - Indonesia’s leading food delivery platform. In this role, you’ll play a key role within the GoFood Marketing team based in Jakarta. You'll take the wheel in managing GoFood’s campaign development end-to-end, which will include insight generation, campaign briefing, creative execution, 360 marketing channel planning, and post-campaign analysis. The talented folks in the GoFood Branding, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Strategy teams will be your companions on this ride, all working together to enhance brand love for the platform and scale GoFood’s presence, offerings, and leadership in Indonesia and beyond.
About the Team
Our Brand Marketing team, a sub-pod of the GoFood Marketing stream, is a lean team of 6 branding specialists based in Jakarta, Indonesia 💪. The essence of our job is to create a GoFood brand that people can resonate with and enjoy. We do so by developing the platform’s marketing campaigns and managing our social media channels, acting at the bridge between our internal stakeholders and our users. Not only do we want to effectively introduce our product to as many people as possible, we want users to find value in our offerings and continue “sticking” with GoFood. We truly take into consideration our users’ feedback and experience in crafting the assortment of recommendations and rewards GoFood offers.
Some of our past marketing campaigns include Foodiskon and Pasti Ada Promo. Currently, our team has been working on campaigns particularly focused on innovation and promotions, which aims to help GoFood maintain its leadership in the local market.
Our team believes that the growth of the business is driven by the growth of its talents. So, as much as we focus on business numbers, we also focus on each other’s well-being and growth journey as fellow GoTroops. Other than working towards those “a-ha!” moments when swimming through the sea of data, our team also enjoys bonding over good local food, watching the latest Netflix dramas, and sharing the latest happenings in our personal lives - anything to keep team synergy and bonding alive amidst this pandemic.
